Expertie editorial desk

The Expertie Editorial Team is the desk responsible for compiling, sourcing and checking the data behind every page on this site. Where a figure appears, it was taken from an official Indian primary source and carries a chip showing where it came from and when.

How a guide is made: every institution and scholarship guide starts from a live search of what students actually ask, is written against the official sources for that institution or scheme, and then passes through an automated verification step that re-fetches every cited page and removes any number that cannot be found on it. A separate review pass checks the draft for unverifiable claims and for wording shared with other pages before the desk publishes it. Drafting uses AI writing tools inside that process; the desk sets the process, runs the checks and is accountable for what is published.

Where the data comes from: institution records are from AISHE (All India Survey on Higher Education, 2021-22), rankings from NIRF 2025, accreditation from NAAC, NBA, AICTE and AIU, and scholarship schemes from myScheme, the Government of India's scheme directory. Every page names its sources at the foot. We publish the attributes that do not change between cycles, and we leave a field empty rather than guess at it. Exam dates, cutoffs, answer keys, scholarship amounts and application deadlines are per-cycle, and are never carried over from a previous year.
