How are counsellors verified?

We verify identity first, then credentials – the degree and any certifications claimed. Some counsellors additionally pass a background check. Each profile shows which level it has reached, and who attested it.

Can I see real reviews?

Reviews come only from students who completed a verified session through Expertie, so a rating always reflects a real outcome. No counsellor has been rated yet, because no session has been held yet.

How is Expertie paid?

Counsellors set their own prices, shown on their profile before you book. We do not sell student contact details to colleges, and no college can pay to have a counsellor recommend it.

Verified Education Counsellors

We are onboarding counsellors now. Expertie verifies identity and credentials before a counsellor can be listed, prices are shown on the profile, and ratings come only from students who completed a session. Nobody is listed until they pass that bar – so this page is empty rather than padded.

Overview

Education counselling, done transparently

Most online "counselling" in India is a lead-generation funnel: your phone number is sold to colleges that pay for placement. Expertie is built the other way round. Counsellors are independently verified, set their own prices in the open, and are rated only by students who actually completed a session with them.

Bookings require explicit DPDP consent, and your data is never sold. A counsellor who has not passed identity and credential verification cannot appear on this page at all – which is why, until onboarding finishes, it lists nobody.
