Jaipuria Institute Of Management, Noida
Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida filed a median salary of Rs 9,25,000 for the batch it graduated in 2024-25, and that number belongs to this campus and no other. Four business schools carry the Jaipuria name and share one application form, so most of the placement arithmetic published under that brand is a total across all of them. Noida charges Rs 16,50,000 for the 2026-28 PGDM and holds rank 41 in the government's NIRF 2025 management table. The campus-level figures exist, in its own filings with NIRF, AICTE and NAAC, and those are the ones read here.
Overview
The campus is a single plot, A-32A in Sector 62, inside the institutional pocket of Noida's IT belt in Gautam Buddha Nagar, held on a lease from the New Okhla Industrial Development Authority. Its own campus page dates the school to 2004 and describes a green four-acre site built around a central court and an open-air amphitheatre. The AICTE record disagrees on the founding by two years, entering both the year of establishment and the year of first AICTE approval as 2006, which is also the year NAAC has on file for the conferment of academic autonomy.
Ownership sits one level up. The institute is run by Integral Education Society, registered with the Registrar of Societies on 31 July 2000 under registration number 332/2000-2001, from an address in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, with Sharad Jaipuria as chairman. The society's teaching history is older than any of its management campuses: the group's account traces it to Jaipuria College, opened in Calcutta in 1945 by Padma Bhushan Seth Anandram Jaipuria.
Sorting out which Jaipuria you are reading about matters more here than at most schools, and the institute says so itself. Its site footer states that its four campuses at Noida, Lucknow, Jaipur and Indore are not affiliated with any other institution using the Jaipuria name, naming business institutes in Ghaziabad as the case in point. Within the group, the four campuses are separately approved, separately accredited and separately ranked, so a Lucknow placement report says nothing about a Noida seat.
Watch the caret while you read the rest of the site. Noida prints its programme as PGDM^/MBA almost everywhere the name appears, and the footnote that caret points to on the programme pages reads, in full, AIU Recognized PGDM courses Equivalent to MBA. Nothing about that footnote is decorative. What AICTE approves here is a diploma; what makes it behave like a master's is a separate ruling by the Association of Indian Universities; and the caret is the entire distance between those two facts. Copy the footnote into any form that asks you for a degree.
Courses & Fees
Noida teaches three two-year full-time diplomas, and they are the whole of its residential intake: the flagship PGDM, PGDM (Marketing) and PGDM (Service Management). Alongside them the campus runs the Fellow Programme in Management at doctoral level and an AICTE-approved Online PGDM taught in weekend and microlearning modules, which the programme pages describe as a separate track with its own capstone dissertation rather than an evening version of the residential diploma.
Two Noida diplomas have been wound down, and nothing on the site announces it. The AICTE approval report for 2025-26 lists PGDM (Retail Management), started in 2007, and PGDM (Financial Services), started in 2008, among its closed courses, each approved for 60 seats in 2023-24 and 0 in 2024-25. Both names are still printed in the programme column of the group's contact page footer, so ask about either one before assuming Noida still admits to it.
Money is where the campus is most straightforward. All three residential diplomas cost exactly the same, and the fee structure page prints the 2026-28 schedule instalment by instalment rather than as a single headline.
| Instalment, 2026-28 batch | Amount (Rs) |
|---|---|
| 1st trimester | 2,90,000 |
| 2nd trimester | 2,70,000 |
| 3rd trimester | 2,70,000 |
| 4th trimester | 2,90,000 |
| 5th trimester | 2,70,000 |
| 6th trimester | 2,60,000 |
| Total | 16,50,000 |
The notes printed under that table are part of the price, so read them before you compare it with anything. Jaipuria collects a refundable security deposit of Rs 15,000 with the first instalment; GST and other taxes land on top of the course fee; hostel and mess are billed apart from both. Running the other way, the fee absorbs a cost most schools push onto the student: essential courseware comes out of the campus library's book bank on what the institute calls a read-n-return basis for the length of the course, so nobody is buying a fresh stack of textbooks every trimester.
Admissions
One application window covers the whole group, and choosing Noida happens inside it. The institute calls this its uncampus process on the admission process page: a common form on which you name your preferred campus and programme, a non-refundable admission process entrance fee of Rs 1,000, then academic details, aptitude test score, work experience and a preferred interview venue. The campus you enter on that form is what decides which fee schedule, which seat count and which median salary end up applying to you.
Eligibility is a bachelor's degree from a recognised Indian university with a minimum of 50% marks or an equivalent CGPA. Final-year students may apply if their degree completes by 30 June 2026, with admission provisional until proof of graduation is submitted by 1 October 2026, and the page warns that failing to file that proof can end the enrolment. The accepted score list is unusually long for a school ranked in the forties. CAT 2025, XAT 2026, CMAT, MAT and GMAT are all valid, so an applicant whose only score is a CMAT or a MAT still has a route here that most of Noida's ranking neighbours close off.
Interviews are by invitation only, and they carry two separate exercises. Shortlisted candidates face a case analysis and a personal interview, and the institute says an offer, including any scholarship decision, is issued within two weeks of that assessment. Confirming the seat means submitting documents together with the first-trimester fee, so the money moves early in the cycle rather than at joining.
Cutoff
There is no percentile to clear at Jaipuria Noida, because the institute never publishes one. What it publishes instead is the entire six-part score sheet its committee marks you against, printed on the admission page beside the eligibility rules, and that sheet tells you far more about your odds than a forum rumour ever could.
| Selection parameter | Weight |
|---|---|
| Score in CAT 2025 / XAT 2026 / CMAT / MAT / GMAT | 45% |
| Personal interview | 25% |
| Academic performance in Class X, Class XII and the degree | 15% |
| Case analysis | 10% |
| Work experience, sports and extra-curricular activities | 03% |
| Diversity | 02% |
The entrance score decides less than half of it. One day on campus carries more weight than the whole Class X, Class XII and degree record, because the case analysis at 10% and the personal interview at 25% sit against an academic column of 15%. Jaipuria says openly that those exercises are read for interpersonal skills as much as for knowledge, so the marks in play on that day are not the kind another mock CAT buys back.
The only percentile numbers Jaipuria Noida prints anywhere are about money, not admission. Its scholarship table keys awards to a CAT score of 90%, 80% or 70% and above, and to an XAT score of 80% and above. Those are award thresholds for candidates who have already been selected, and reading them as entry cutoffs is the single commonest mistake made with this school's numbers.
Placements
Placement is where campus scoping stops being pedantic, and Jaipuria says so before anyone else has to. Its group report for the 2023-25 batch counts 275+ companies visited for recruitment and 1,100+ placement offers, then states that placements ran across all four campuses, Lucknow, Noida, Jaipur and Indore. The Noida fee page repeats the same headline numbers under an asterisk that reads, without hedging, combined stats for all 4 campuses. Those totals are real. They are not this campus's.
The Noida-only record sits in the data the campus submits to NIRF under its own institute code, and it runs four years deep.
| Batch graduating in | Graduated in minimum time | Placed | Median salary (Rs) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2021-22 | 303 | 297 | 7,40,000 |
| 2022-23 | 317 | 309 | 8,75,000 |
| 2023-24 | 347 | 340 | 8,85,000 |
| 2024-25 | 406 | 393 | 9,25,000 |
Two things stand out in that column of medians. It has risen in every filing, and it has risen more slowly than the cohort has grown, with the graduating group climbing from 303 to 406 across the same four years. The share of the batch placed has held up while the batch expanded, which is the harder of the two things to do.
Set the median against the bill and one of Jaipuria's own claims stops adding up. Its admission page promises that on average graduates earn more than their investment in an MBA during the first year of employment. A median of Rs 9,25,000 against a two-year fee of Rs 16,50,000, before hostel, mess, GST and the security deposit, leaves the middle of the Noida batch short of that in year one. A strong CAT score and the scholarship table are what close the gap, not the placement report. Read the median as a median, too: NIRF asks for the middle of the batch, so it will never line up with the average and highest packages quoted in group publicity, and putting the two side by side flatters nobody honestly.
Seat Matrix
Nobody has to estimate the intake at Sector 62. AICTE sanctions a number against each course it approves and the institute has to publish it, so the Noida seat count for 2024-25 is a matter of record.
| Programme | Approved intake, 2024-25 |
|---|---|
| PGDM | 240 |
| PGDM (Marketing) | 120 |
| PGDM (Service Management) | 60 |
| Fellow Programme in Management | 20 |
| Online PGDM | 500 |
The three residential diplomas add to 420, and that is exactly the sanctioned two-year postgraduate intake Noida reported to NIRF for 2024-25 and 2023-24. The seats grew recently: the same framework recorded 360 for 2022-23, so the campus added a sixth of its intake in one step. It is asking for more, with the 2025-26 approval application seeking 300 on the flagship PGDM against the 240 approved.
Who fills those seats is documented, but not the way a state-quota applicant expects. The campus records 0 seats earmarked for reserved categories under central or state policy, then records 154 seats filled by candidates from those categories against the 420 it admitted that year. Nothing on that intake is set aside in advance, so there is no quota here to plan an application around, only an after-the-fact count of who came in.
Where the students come from is the more revealing count. Uttar Pradesh supplies 241 of the 820 on the Noida roll; the other 579 travelled in from other states, and not one came from abroad. Roughly seven students in ten packed a bag to be here, which is worth knowing if you were picturing a commuter cohort drawn from the NCR.
Rankings
One government table carries the Noida campus's national standing, and reading it requires care. In the NIRF 2025 management ranking the Noida row prints the bare name Jaipuria Institute of Management, with only the city column and the institute code IR-M-S-3283 separating it from the Jaipur row, which prints the same bare name. Rank 41 on an overall score of 56.46 is what that row awards the Noida campus. Split the total across the five things NIRF actually measures and Jaipuria Noida stops behaving like a single number.
| NIRF 2025 management parameter | Score |
|---|---|
| Teaching, Learning and Resources | 72.11 |
| Research and Professional Practice | 37.27 |
| Graduation Outcomes | 76.71 |
| Outreach and Inclusivity | 69.63 |
| Perception | 13.53 |
Put it beside the schools it actually shares a bracket with and the shape inverts. IMI Delhi at rank 40 and IMI Kolkata at rank 42 both beat Noida on graduation outcomes, at 87.24 and 81.76 against its 76.71, and both trail it on research and professional practice, at 28.58 and 32.92 against its 37.27. Perception, the parameter private diploma schools usually surrender, is where Noida's margin is widest: 13.53, against IMI Delhi's 8.55 and IMI Kolkata's 5.16.
Be careful about what a research score in the high thirties is measuring. The Noida filing shows 18 full-time doctoral students, 2 sponsored projects worth Rs 5,80,000 and one consultancy worth Rs 16,42,000 in 2024-25, which is a publishing faculty rather than a funded research centre. Graduation outcomes, the parameter built largely from placement and salary, is the one to weigh against the fee, and it is where both of Noida's ranking neighbours are ahead of it.
Departments
Jaipuria Noida organises teaching into academic areas, not departments, and you can watch those areas work in how it grades its own courses. Audit forms go for a second-level review to area teams led by an area chair, who classify student attainment by Bloom's taxonomy level so the institute can see how demanding its own assessments were. The academic year itself runs in trimesters, six of them across the two years, which is what the fee instalments are keyed to.
Three diplomas is a short catalogue attached to a long teaching list. The campus ran 244 courses across all programmes in 2023-24, of which 91 were classed as employability, entrepreneurship or skill-development courses, plus 13 value-added courses that drew 2036 enrolments and four new courses introduced that year. Syllabus revision reached all three diplomas, and all three run on an elective-choice system, so two students on the same programme can leave with quite different transcripts.
The liberal arts basket is the part nobody expects. More than 300 students took A Life of Happiness and Fulfillment, Indian Philosophy, Modern History of India, and Society and Culture under that heading, on a campus whose fee is justified by placement. If you want to know whether the elective system is real, that list is the test, and it passes.
Facilities & Infrastructure
Everything here happens on one urban plot, and the filing gives its exact size rather than a brochure figure. The AICTE record enters 3.98 acres, the four acres the campus page rounds up to, in a single piece held on a NOIDA Authority lease, carrying 5,966 sqm of built-up area of which 2,677 sqm is instructional carpet and 1,705 sqm is access and circulation. Set that against the size of the student body and what you have is a compact city campus, not a residential estate.
Inside that footprint the teaching space is dense rather than sprawling. The quality assurance report counts 17 ICT-enabled classrooms and seminar halls, four of them theatre style and the rest ranging from 68 to 114 sqm, two auditoriums seating 360 between them, and a business analytics lab fitted with two large LED screens. Impartus lecture capture runs across the classrooms, so a missed session is replayed rather than borrowed from a classmate's notes.
The library is the part of this campus that its own students rate highest, and its plumbing explains why. It runs on Koha with a DSpace institutional repository, ten OPAC terminals, remote access to subscribed resources and eKindle readers, and the same report's computing table sets 130 machines for academic use against a roll of 778, on an internet link of at least 50 Mbps. Students are issued individual copies of the Mint newspaper. Beyond the academic block there is an air-conditioned multi-gym with separate sections for men and women, a yoga centre, a student lounge, a recreation room for indoor games and a playground.
Hostel
Accommodation is offered for men and women, and the published rate covers exactly one configuration. The fee page quotes Rs 1,65,000 a year for AC double occupancy in 2026-27, with a further refundable security deposit of Rs 10,000 payable with the first instalment of the hostel fee, mess charges extra and the annual rate open to revision. No single or triple-sharing rate is published, so a student planning a budget has one number to work with and should confirm the rest with the campus.
Allotment is first come, first served, and the hostel fee falls due with the first and fourth instalments of the programme fee rather than monthly. That timing matters: a student is paying a full year of accommodation at the same moment as a trimester of tuition, twice over the two years.
The institute's own students rate the residential side lowest, and it publishes the proof. In its 2023-2024 satisfaction survey, food and mess scored 6.33 out of 10, the bottom of all 15 parameters, with hostel living experience at 7.37, on a poll where 234 of the 441 respondents were hostellers. Both had climbed year on year, and both still sat under every academic score on the same sheet. Ask about the mess contract on the campus visit, not the gym.
Faculty
Most schools publish a faculty headcount. AICTE makes Jaipuria publish the headcount and the requirement side by side, course by course, and the 2025-26 report shows every Noida diploma staffed above its own bar.
| Course | Faculty required | Faculty in place |
|---|---|---|
| PGDM | 27 | 31 |
| PGDM (Marketing) | 12 | 15 |
| PGDM (Service Management) | 6 | 7 |
| Fellow Programme in Management | 2 | 2 |
Qualifications come from the campus's quality report, which records 53 full-time teachers filling all 53 sanctioned posts, 49 of them holding a doctorate, with the student-teacher ratio computed on a roll of 840 against those 53. The group counts 170+ eminent faculty on its about page, and that figure spans four campuses, so a candidate weighing Noida should work from the campus figure and leave the group one alone.
Research money is small but real. The same report records seed money of Rs 2,70,000 given to teachers, 19 faculty recognised as research guides and 13 supported to attend conferences, under a policy asking for at least one paper a year in a listed journal. There is one loose thread worth pulling at an interview: the campus page names Dr Rahul Singh as director, while the quality report filed in December 2024 and the AICTE application submitted a month earlier both name Dr Subhajyoti Ray as head of the institution. The chair has changed hands and the paperwork has not caught up.
Notable Alumni
Nobody famous came out of Jaipuria Noida, and the institute does not pretend otherwise. What it publishes is a mentor roll of working managers, each with a batch year, a job title and an employer attached, which is more disclosure than most business schools manage.
| Alumnus | Batch | Role | Employer |
|---|---|---|---|
| Jadumoni Das | 2004 | National Account Manager | Blue Dart |
| Abhay Kumar Kashyap | 2006 | Associate Vice President | blackNgreen |
| Yateesh Wahaal | 2007 | Director, Finance and Corporate Affairs | M3M India Private Limited |
| Vineet Aurora | 2008 | Group Business Manager | Ingram Micro |
| Kush Kaushish | 2012 | Senior Manager | Marsh McLennan |
| Hemant Madhwani | 2013 | Ticketing Head, Live Entertainment | BookMyShow |
| Bhusan Patnaik | 2014 | Area Business Manager | Mahindra Finance |
| Deep Arora | 2015 | Management Consulting Manager | Accenture |
| Akanksha Gupta | 2016 | Functional Business Analyst | Circle K |
| Tarun Kushwah | 2018 | RCO Manager II, Investigations (KYC) | Amazon |
Scroll the longer alumni grid on the same page and the pattern is banking. Barclays Global appears three times, alongside HSBC, Citi, ICICI, RBL, Bank of Baroda, CRISIL and S&P Global, which lines up with the group's own figure of 60% of placements in consulting and BFSI. If you are coming here for a marketing or operations career, that concentration is worth raising with the placement office rather than assuming it away.
Two cautions on this page. The grid and the mentor carousel disagree about the same people, giving Kush Kaushish two different titles and Yateesh Wahaal two different batch years, so read a designation here as approximate. And the network size is a group number wearing a campus label: the alumni page says 16,000-plus while the group counter says 17K-plus, and neither is split by campus.
News & Articles
Put two expiry dates in a calendar before any money moves. The National Board of Accreditation's cover for all three Noida diplomas runs from July 2025 to 31 December 2028, so a student entering in 2026 graduates inside it. NAAC is the shorter clock: the current accreditation lapses on 20 September 2027, which drops a reassessment into the middle of a 2026-28 course, and the grade history further down is why that one matters.
A pending application would rewrite the seat table above. Noida has asked AICTE to take the flagship PGDM from 240 to 300 in its 2025-26 round, adding a further 60 seats to the residential total if it clears. Separately, the campus has filed and published its NIRF 2026 return, so the numbers the next ranking is computed from are already readable rather than waiting on the announcement.
College Compare
The comparison that costs applicants the most is the one they never make deliberately, between the four Jaipurias. The NIRF 2025 management table puts Noida at 41 on 56.46, Lucknow at 67 on 50.86 and Jaipur at 74 on 49.26, and the group's own about page places Indore in the 101 to 125 band. That is a spread of more than thirty places inside one brand, one application form and one fee schedule. Naming the wrong campus on the form is the cheapest way to lose the rank you thought you were buying.
Outside the group, the table is too tight at this point to decide anything: IMI Delhi is one place ahead on 56.59 and IMI Kolkata one place behind on 55.42, a spread of barely a point across three schools. What actually separates them for a candidate is the fee, the campus-level median, and whether a Sector 62 address inside the NCR corporate belt beats a residential campus somewhere quieter.
Contact & Location
The campus sits in the Sector 62 institutional area of Noida, in Gautam Buddha Nagar district, an office and technology-park pocket of the Delhi National Capital Region rather than a residential one.
| Contact | Detail |
|---|---|
| Address | A-32A, Sector 62, Noida (Delhi NCR) 201 309 |

| Placement office | placements.noida@jaipuria.ac.in |
| Programme office | pmc.noida@jaipuria.ac.in |

One address is doing two jobs here: Jaipuria lists the same mailbox for general campus enquiries and for admissions, so an admission query sent to it is competing with everything else that arrives. Put the campus name and the programme in the subject line.
Verified
Approvals & Accreditation
Statutory approvals and accreditation grades from official bodies.
Jaipuria Noida has been through three NAAC cycles, and the direction of travel is the thing to notice rather than the current letter.
| NAAC cycle | Grade | CGPA | Year of accreditation | Valid to |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cycle 3 | B++ | 2.88 | 2022 | 20 September 2027 |
| Cycle 2 | A | 3.24 | 2017 | 1 May 2022 |
| Cycle 1 | A | 3.10 | 2012 | 9 March 2017 |
The campus was graded A twice and then dropped to B++ at its third assessment, and no explanation for the fall appears in the filings. That is a fair question to put to the admissions office, and a more useful one than asking whether the institute is accredited at all. There is a documentary wrinkle to go with it: the cover sheet of the institute's own mandatory disclosure prints the grade as B+ against the same CGPA of 2.88, while the AICTE report inside the same file and the NAAC report both record B++.
The programme-level accreditation is in better shape than the institutional one. All three residential diplomas are NBA accredited for the period July 2025 to 31 December 2028 on an AICTE permanent institution ID of 1-1924421, while the Fellow Programme and the online programme sit outside that cover and the disclosure states as much rather than blurring the line. One entry in the same file has already lapsed: the 698 NBA accreditation points it records were valid until 30 June 2025, so a figure still quoted in places has passed its own expiry.
The Association of Indian Universities equivalence rests on the caret footnote on the programme pages and nowhere more formal on the campus site. The group separately announces AACSB accreditation without naming which campuses it covers or when it runs to, so until the institute publishes that scope, treat it as a claim about Jaipuria the group and not about Sector 62.
Aid
Scholarships
Aid here comes as a flat rupee amount tied to an exam score, which means a candidate can price the offer before applying instead of waiting to see what a percentage works out to.
| Award condition | Scholarship (Rs) |
|---|---|
| CAT score of 90% and above | 5,00,000 |
| CAT score of 80% and above | 3,50,000 |
| CAT score of 70% and above | 2,50,000 |
| XAT score of 80% and above | 2,50,000 |
| Sibling scholarship | 1,00,000 |
The awards are identical across the three diplomas, and the group has put Rs 10 crore behind the scheme for the 2026-28 batch across all its campuses. At the top band the award covers close to a third of the Noida fee, which is the single biggest lever a strong CAT scorer has on the cost of this diploma.
Institutional aid reaches a substantial share of the campus. In 2023-24 the institute reported 214 students benefiting from scholarships and freeships provided by the institution and non-government agencies, against 2 from government schemes and 420 admitted that year. For the rest, Jaipuria is an approved institution for the SBI Scholar Loan scheme and lists tie-ups with banks and non-banking lenders for education loans.

Student Reviews
This is one of the rare campuses where you can skip the star ratings entirely, because Jaipuria Noida polls its own students every year and publishes the scores as they came out. The 2023-2024 round ran from 26 March to 18 April 2024, collected 441 responses on a 1 to 10 scale across 15 parameters, and reports the split of respondents: 251 first-year and 190 second-year students, 207 day scholars and 234 hostellers, 262 men and 179 women.
| Parameter | 2023 | 2024 |
|---|---|---|
| IT services | 8.07 | 8.66 |
| Library services | 8.29 | 8.34 |
| Faculty support | 7.79 | 8.28 |
| Admin support | 7.61 | 7.91 |
| Curriculum | 7.45 | 7.78 |
| Overall experience | 7.49 | 7.76 |
| Placement support | 7.02 | 7.07 |
| Hostel living experience | 6.68 | 7.37 |
| Food and mess | 5.62 | 6.33 |
Every parameter carrying a two-year comparison improved, several sharply, and exactly one stood still. Placement support moved from 7.02 to 7.07 while faculty support gained half a point and hostel living gained most of one. Of the fifteen things Jaipuria asked its own students about, the one that refused to move is the one most of them enrolled for. Put that score in front of the placement office and ask what changed in the year it did not.
Two caveats belong with these numbers. The survey is designed, run and published by the institute for its own NAAC reporting, so it is a self-assessment rather than an independent audit. And 441 responses came from a campus whose teacher-ratio table that year counted 840 students, so this is a large sample rather than a census.
Campus
Gallery
Jaipuria runs a virtual tour of the Noida campus from its own site, and that is currently the only way to see the amphitheatre, the central lawn and the academic block. None of those pictures carries a licence that allows them to be republished, so this space stays empty rather than filling up with a generic Sector 62 office facade that happens to look the part.
