About PPNICH-ICDC
The Promotion of Patriotism, National Integration and Communal Harmony scheme runs an interschool choreographic dance competition in Goa. It was launched by and is implemented by the Tiatr Academy of Goa, under the Art, Culture and Museums Department, Government of Goa. Participating schools enter dance groups that choreograph and perform to a Konkani patriotic song.
The aim is to build patriotism, national integration and communal harmony in children through performance. Winning groups take home cash prizes from ₹3,000 to ₹10,000 by standard category, along with mementos and certificates, plus a travelling allowance based on the distance they cover. Entries come from educational institutions rather than from individual students applying on their own.
This is a state scheme, open to school students in Goa who take part through their institution. Applications are accepted offline at the Tiatr Academy of Goa in Panaji, and the scheme's open date is not published on myScheme, so confirm the current entry window before your school registers a group.

Eligibility criteria
| The applicant must be an educational institution. | |
| The applicant must form a dance group consisting of not less than 6 dancers. | |
| The applicant must form a dance group consisting of not more than 10 dancers. | |
| The applicant must choose to participate in either Standard 1st-4th category or Standard 5th-10th category. | |
| The applicant must perform on only one patriotic song in Konkani language. | |
| The applicant must not use fusion of different songs in their performance. | |
| The applicant must provide a recorded copy of the song on Compact Disc along with the application form. | |

| The applicant must read and understand all rules and regulations of the organization. | |
| The applicant must abide by all competition rules and regulations. | |
| The applicant must accept that the decision of the panel of judges will be final and binding. | |
| The applicant must accept that Tiatr Academy of Goa reserves the right to make any changes in the rules. |
