Post Metric Scholarship (Denotified, Nomadic and Semi-Nomadic)(PMSDNNSN)
Overview
About PMSDNNSN
The Post-Matric Scholarship is a Madhya Pradesh state scheme run by the Department of Denotified, Nomadic and Semi-Nomadic Welfare. It gives cash assistance to students from these communities studying post-matric, from class 11 through college.
The award covers post-matric courses across streams, including medical, engineering and science. It is meant for students who belong to Madhya Pradesh's denotified, nomadic and semi-nomadic communities, groups first listed under the colonial Criminal Tribes Act of 1871 and denotified after the Act was repealed in 1952.
The aim is to lower the cost of continuing education past school for students who qualify. Eligibility conditions and award amounts are set by the department, so confirm the current terms before you apply.
