About OVCFEWWSTYS
Organization of Various Conclaves and Felicitations to Encourage Women, Women Scientists, Teachers and Young Students is a State scheme of the Government of Uttarakhand, listed on the national myScheme portal under science and technology. It is implemented by the Uttarakhand Science Education and Research Centre (USERC) under the Department of Science and Technology, Government of Uttarakhand.
