Mukhyamantri Nirman Shramikon Ke Bachon Hetu Nihshulk Coaching Sahaayata Yojana is a Chhattisgarh scheme that provides coaching rather than a cash payment. The state's Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board runs it under the Chhattisgarh Labour Department, and it was launched on 1 March 2023.
The benefit is in kind. The board arranges free coaching for the children of registered construction workers at selected institutes, geared towards competitive examinations. Only the first two children of a worker qualify, and the worker must have held regular membership of the board for at least one year.
Because it is tied to a parent's registration, the scheme reaches the children of workers enrolled with the welfare board rather than the general student population. Applications are made online through the Chhattisgarh Labour Department portal, where the worker registers first and the coaching claim is filed against that registration.

- Note: Construction workers and their children registered under the Board are allowed to appear for competitive examinations as per educational qualification like PSC (Public Service Commission), CG VYAPAM (Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board), SSC (Staff Selection Commission), IBPS (Banking), RAILWAY (Railway). ), There is a provision to provide free coaching through selected coaching institutes for POLICE ENTRANCE (Police Recruitment Examination).
