Mukhyamantri Kishori Swasthya Yojna is a Bihar government scheme that gives adolescent girls in state government schools an annual cash allowance to buy sanitary napkins. The scheme tackles two linked problems: poor menstrual hygiene and the number of girls who drop out of school after puberty.
