About EDLP
Establishment of Digital Learning Platform is a state scheme in Uttarakhand, listed on the Government of India's myScheme portal under the state's Science and Technology department. Under it, the department sets up a digital learning platform for students in secondary schools across Uttarakhand.
The platform is meant to deliver training and career counseling across a range of subjects, from ICT orientation to emerging technologies, reaching students through both online and offline modes. The benefit is in kind, not a cash award: a student receives access to the platform and the training and guidance on it.
The state's science and technology council, UCOST, separately runs hands-on STEM education for government-school students in Uttarakhand.
