The format the welfare office circulated for the 2025 round is laid out as a marking sheet against academic performance across Class 10, Class 12 and the third-year result, the income certificate, communication skills evidenced by debating and elocution competitions, sport at college, university or state level, and cultural activities, with a page column beside each so every claim can be traced to its enclosure, per the archived Dean Student Welfare notice. The sheet prints a weightage column and leaves it empty, so how the marks divide between the five heads is not published. A student with a strong third-year grade point average and nothing under the activity heads is competing against one who has filled all five.
