About MCMSEC

The Merit cum Means Scholarship: Engineering University is a state scholarship for engineering students in Chhattisgarh. It is offered by the Technical Education Department, Government of Chhattisgarh, which oversees the state's technical education and runs its scholarship schemes through the Directorate of Technical Education.

The award pairs academic merit with financial need. It is meant for students who do well in their studies and need help to meet the cost of an engineering course.

The scholarship applies to students enrolled at recognized engineering universities within Chhattisgarh, and the department that administers it sets the eligibility conditions and how students apply.
