About IMSPEKSYRCR
The Indira Mahila Shakti Prashikshan Evam Koshal Sanvardhan Yojana is a skill-training scheme run by the Women and Child Development Department, Government of Rajasthan. Its RS-CSEP track covers spoken English and personality development, and the training is delivered by Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited (RKCL), the state-promoted body that also runs the scheme's computer and accounting courses.
The benefit here is the training itself, not a cash payment. RS-CSEP is a 130-hour course that works on spoken English, communication and confidence, so that women can carry those skills into work, further study or their own enterprise. The wider scheme offers other free tracks alongside it, including RS-CIT for computer literacy and RS-CFA for financial accounting.
It is meant for women and girls in Rajasthan across a range of situations, from students and homemakers to self-help group members and women from economically weaker backgrounds. Applicants have to be residents of the state, and the course sets its own age and education conditions for who can enrol.
