About EA(ABOCWWB)
Educational Assistance is a scholarship run by the Assam Building and Other Construction Workers' Welfare Board, which sits under the Commissionerate of Labour, Government of Assam. It is one of several welfare benefits the Board pays to workers it has registered, alongside support for medical care, maternity, pension and housing.
The scheme puts money behind the schooling of a registered worker's children, from Class I through to post-graduation.
