The Scheme for Awarding Fellowships for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Students is a Gujarat state fellowship administered by the state's Agriculture, Farmers Welfare and Cooperation Department. It is tied to Anand Agricultural University, the state agricultural university established at Anand in 2004 under a Gujarat Act, which teaches and researches agriculture, horticulture, engineering, food processing and home science across nine districts of the state.
The benefit is a monthly cash scholarship paid to students during their course of study. Its purpose is to ease the cost of higher education for those pursuing undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in the university's various faculties.

| The student should not avail any other Scholarship/ Fellowship concurrently with this one. | |
| The family income of the student should not exceed ₹6,00,000/- per year. |
