Applications are online. The worker signs in to the Labour Department's beneficiary portal, and the same services are listed on the Antyodaya SARAL platform that Haryana uses as a single window for schemes and services (Antyodaya SARAL).

The department's own instruction sheet sets out the sequence before any scheme can be reached: a login id created from a working mobile number, an Aadhaar number that is validated before the application can be entered, a name recorded exactly as it appears on Aadhaar, 90 days of work experience uploaded with a receipt attested by the Sarpanch or another listed authority, family details carrying each member's Aadhaar number, and fees payable online for 1, 2 or 3 years. Only after the department or board completes verification can a worker apply for schemes, and only for those he or she is eligible for (BOCW online services instructions).

Keep the reference the portal returns at submission; it is the only key the tracking screen accepts.
