Financial Aid for Providing Hostel Facility to Transgender Students is a welfare scheme run by the Department of Social Justice, Government of Kerala. It gives transgender students a monthly cash payment to help cover the rent of a hostel or other accommodation while they study.

Award & benefits
- Under the scheme, financial assistance of ₹4,000/- per month will be provided to Transgender students as rent for finding hostel facilities/accommodation during the course.
