Mizoram Research Fellowship(MRF)
Overview
About MRF
The Mizoram Research Fellowship (MRF) is a state fellowship run by the Higher and Technical Education Department, Government of Mizoram. The forms are published and received by the Mizoram Scholarship Board in Aizawl, which handles the scheme on the department's behalf.
The fellowship provides cash financial assistance to support research work within the state. It is meant for research workers and teachers, with preference given to applicants below the age of 45 who have built a reputation for research, hold a doctorate, or have published work of their own.
Eligibility is limited to bonafide residents of Mizoram, and applicants are expected not to be drawing any other scholarship or fellowship. The application is offline: the completed form is sent by post to the Secretary of the Mizoram Scholarship Board.
