Madhya Pradesh Non-Government Institution Grant Scheme(MPNGIGS)
Overview
About MPNGIGS
The Madhya Pradesh Non-Government Institution Grant Scheme is a state grant run by the Culture Department of the Government of Madhya Pradesh through its Directorate of Culture in Bhopal. The Directorate's stated aim is to conserve, promote and develop the state's culture and literature, and part of its work is financial support for non-governmental cultural and literary organisations.
Under this scheme the Directorate extends a grant to non-government institutions in Madhya Pradesh that are active in the state's art and culture. Its assistance is meant for non-governmental bodies of this kind, and whether a particular organisation qualifies, along with what it must submit to apply, is decided by the department's own eligibility rules.
